As an experienced builder with over 20+ years of combined residential, commercial construction, and hospitality construction experience, BALANCE construct has been involved with hundreds of projects from the ground up performing as a GC. Forming a collaborative partnership with the Owner, together we can take your design from paper to reality through successful contract management.

Please note; we are currently ONLY performing GC responsibilities per the Owner/Builder role whereas BALANCE construct is hired by the Owner to manage all the subcontracts on their behalf. For this reason we are not currently holding a GC license in any state.
